An Atlantic City man originally charged with shooting a couple during a dispute has pleaded guilty to fourth-degree pointing a firearm. BreakingAC.com reports 43 year old Thaddeus Cunningham faced second-degree charges of aggravated assault for firing at a man and woman, following a dispute Nov. 27, 2023, in the 1300 block of Adriatic Avenue. A ShotSpotter alert brought police to the area just before 11 p.m. The victim later called police to say his vehicle had been struck by gunfire. Police originally were told the woman with him had been grazed in head, but it turned out her injury was from falling out of the vehicle.
