Three people were hurt during an early Monday morning altercation, including one who was knocked unconscious with a bottle, and a Philadelphia man and a West Wildwood teenager were charged with aggravated assault, according to the Cape May County Prosecutor's Office. Aggravated assault and conspiracy to conduct aggravated assault were the charges against 20-year-old Alpacino Carrero. He was taken to the jail in Cape May County. Robbery, two counts of aggravated assault, conspiracy to commit aggravated assault, and possession of a firearm for an illegal purpose were the charges brought against a 17-year-old teenager.
