After investigating a noise complaint at an apartment building on Thursday, police detained a city guy. Just after midnight, when officers were talking to a group at the Burlington Manor Apartments on South Burlington Road, Raheem R. Stubbs, 35, approached them and got upset, according to a news release from the police. According to the cops, Stubbs continued to behave disorderly and seemed to be drunk. He was arrested and charged with assault, disorderly conduct, defiant trespass, and refusal to permit fingerprinting. On a summons pending court, he was set free.
