A Pleasantville fire displaced five people and left one with minor injuries Saturday.Firefighters were called to 122 W. Glendale Ave. at 1:13 p.m. According to BreakingAC.com, Batallion 4 arrived to heavy fire showing from the two-family residence, and started an aggressive attack. A dog and cat were rescued from inside the burning home. One resident was treated at the scene and taken to the hospital for minor injuries by Tricare EMS, the chief said. The fire was brought under control at about 2:10 p.m. The American Red Cross was assisting the displaced residents.
