Atlantic City Superintendent of Schools La'Quetta Small's new five-year contract will be discussed by the Board of Education on Tuesday night. Five months have passed since she and her husband, Mayor Marty Small Sr., were found not guilty in a well reported instance of child abuse involving their teenage daughter. At the public meeting of the board at 6 p.m., the terms of the contract will be read. Small started her teaching career in the Newark public school system and is currently in her 25th year of teaching.
