A new luxury home community in Atlantic City is inching closer to completion, as Lighthouse Row enters its second phase of construction.Located along New Hampshire Avenue, near the historic Absecon Lighthouse, Lighthouse Row will consist of four- and five-bedroom luxury homes expected to sell for between $800,000 and $1.5 million. He says that for a long time, developers wouldn’t touch Atlantic City, but that investments like these are proof that those days are over.
