An Atlantic City man sentenced to 60 years in prison for the violent sexual trafficking of two women will get a new trial after an appeals court overturned the verdict. According to BreakingAC.com, 47 year old Tahir Gregory was convicted of two counts of human-trafficking along with other crimes after a two-week trial in January 2023.That April, he was sentenced to two consecutive 30-year sentences with 20 years of parole ineligibility for each. The jury was not properly instructed on the two subsections of the human-trafficking count, an appellate panel found.
