As a slurry of sand and salt water sprays onto the beach, a line of bulldozers shape the accumulating sand and the 43rd Street beach in Sea Isle is briefly turned into a playground for heavy equipment rather than sunbathers.Work is underway on a $21.6 million beach project, one of several summertime projects set to take place this year and the first to get underway.
