Road Rage

According to the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office, a 28-year-old Toms River man acknowledged threatening someone during a road rage incident in 2025, including threatening to murder his dog. Before Superior Court Judge Christine Smith on Tuesday, Frank Marin entered a guilty plea to terrorist threats. He will serve three years in prison under the terms of the plea deal. Sentencing is set for August 18, according to the Marin Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office.
