A 21-year-old e-bike rider is facing multiple charges across Cape May County after leading police on a chase through Sea Isle City. Authorities say Alan Rosie fled an attempted traffic stop on July 28th near Central Avenue and JFK Boulevard. Investigators tracked Rosie to his Somers Point home three days later, taking him into custody for eluding police and numerous traffic violations. Rosie was then transferred to Ocean City authorities for similar outstanding charges before being booked into the Cape May County jail.
