Following a drug probe on Friday, police detained two city dwellers. Police raided a house in the 500 block of St. Louis Avenue and arrested Jamie Winters, 43, and Kody Ryan, 37. The State Police helped. Each of the two was accused of four counts of receiving stolen property, three counts of possessing drug paraphernalia with intent to use, possession of a controlled dangerous substance, unlawful possession of a handgun, possession with intent to distribute, and unlawful possession of a weapon while committing a drug offense.
