Atlantic County officials announced on Wednesday that a mosquito sample from Pleasantville has tested positive for the West Nile virus, marking the second positive result this year. The most recent positive sample was taken from the 400 block of Montclair Avenue on May 27 by the Atlantic County Office of Mosquito Control, and it was confirmed positive on Tuesday. After being taken from the 1200 block of Zion Road in Northfield, the first positive sample was verified last week.
