According to the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office, a 43-year-old male from Atlantic City entered a guilty plea to a gun charge on Tuesday. Thaddeus Cunningham pleaded guilty to unlawfully pointing a pistol at another person before Superior Court Judge Christine Smith, according to the Cunningham Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office. The suggested sentence under the terms of the plea is eighteen months in prison without the possibility of release. The date of sentencing is August 18.
