The Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office announced on Tuesday that a 54-year-old man from Atlantic City faces three years in prison after acknowledging his involvement in offenses that date back to 2022. Before Superior Court Judge Pamela D'Arcy on Monday, Jack Ruth, also known as Eugene Bolan, entered a guilty plea to charges of burglary, theft, possession with intent to distribute, and simple assault. Sentencing is set for June 18, according to Ruth from the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office. On August 29, 2022, Atlantic City police responded to a report of a stolen car at Caesars Atlantic City.
