Late last week, 31 year old Kevin Thomas, of Atlantic City pleaded guilty to third-degree conspiracy to commit burglary. On March 31, 2026, the Atlantic City Police Department was dispatched to the Ocean Casino in reference to a vehicle burglary on the fourth floor of the parking garage. Surveillance footage from the incident showed Thomas acting as a lookout as his co-defendant, Adam Ross, 35, also from Atlantic City, rummaged through the vehicle and stole several items valued in excess of $500.00. Thomas admitted to being the lookout for the burglary during his guilty plea. Sentencing is scheduled for October 13, 2026.
