43 year old Haneef Graves of Atlantic City pleaded guilty to possession of controlled dangerous substances (CDS) with the intent to distribute and obstruction. On February 28, 2025, Atlantic City police officers responded to a report of criminal activity on South Tennessee Avenue. Upon exiting their vehicles, officers were directed by witnesses to a man dressed in all black, identified as Haneef Graves. After being identified, Graves fled the scene, running between houses and attempting to hop a fence. Graves was taken into custody by officers. On October 14, 2025, Atlantic City police officers observed Graves conduct a hand-to-hand transaction with a female. Graves handed the female a small white rock consistent with cocaine in exchange for money.
