Police connected a Pennsylvania man to several thefts and burglaries on the island, leading to his arrest on Tuesday. Punxsutawney resident Kevin Diluzio, 39, was accused of four charges of burglary, two counts of burglary to occupied residence, theft, receiving stolen property, criminal mischief, unlawful possession of weapons, possession of restricted weapons/devices, and possession of burglary equipment. He was taken to the jail in Atlantic County.
