The Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office is not taking no for an answer when it comes to the pretrial detention of an Atlantic City man with a history of drug offenses, and a prior gun conviction.Amir Hardy, 35, was arrest earlier this month with 186 bricks of heroin, or about 9,300 individual bags, according to the charges against him. Police also confiscated $3,473 in cash believed to be proceeds from drug sales. According to BreakingAC.com, the drugs also were stamped with a "brand" that has been linked to multiple overdoses throughout the county.
