37 year old Rashad Lampkin of Atlantic City, NJ, was found guilty of violating his probation and was subsequently sentenced to five years in New Jersey State Prison. On December 20, 2023, Lampkin was convicted of possession with intent to distribute CDS, and harassment stemming from three separate incidents. He was sentenced to a term of probation. On September 25, 2024, Lampkin was convicted of possession with intent to distribute and possession of an electronic communications device while incarcerated. Then, on December 16, 2024, Lampkin was arrested and charged with first- and second-degree charges stemming from a home invasion burglary with the use of a handgun.
