A 16-year-old Atlantic City juvenile has been charged with three counts of first-degree aggravated manslaughter following a deadly August head-on collision. The crash claimed the lives of 54-year-old Robert Barr, Jr., and 67-year-old Alice Stilwell, both of Egg Harbor Township. State police investigators used search warrants to collect DNA and latent fingerprints from the Mercedes-Benz G-Wagon involved in the wreck. A laboratory report recently confirmed the teen's blood was on the driver-side airbags and windshield, leading authorities to add a charge for leaving the scene of a fatal accident.
