The Cape May County Prosecutor's Office said on Monday that a 41-year-old male from Cape May Court House was taken into custody after police searched his residence and discovered weapons, cocaine, ecstasy, and psilocybin mushrooms. Three counts of possession with intent to distribute a controlled dangerous substance, possession of cocaine, possession of MDMA, and possession of psilocybin mushrooms, as well as distribution of drug paraphernalia and certain persons not to have weapons or ammunition, were brought against James A. Murray. The Cape May County jail is where he is being detained.
