Atlantic County got some monetary help to keep things clean. BreakingAC.com reports the state’s Department of Environmental Protection and Clean Communities Council awarded the county $153,815 to keep local roadways, parks, schools, and other public spaces free of litter.The funding supports initiatives like Atlantic County Utilities Authority’s Adopt-a-Road program and Fall Litter Challenge.
