On Wednesday, officers from the Atlantic City Police Department responded to a call of a shooting at 2202 Hamilton Avenue, Apartment D, Atlantic City, NJ, at approximately 9:30 p.m. An investigation by the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office’s Major Crime Unit, in conjunction with the Atlantic City Police Department, revealed a woman had suffered a gunshot wound and was subsequently pronounced deceased.
