Ocean Galleries welcomes Persian artist Hessam Abrishami to Stone Harbor Labor Day weekend. For years, the artist, known simply as Hessam, has provided the world with images that capture an essence of love. His abstract impressionistic art combines dynamic compositions, powerful expressions, and vibrant colors, and has captivated viewers around the world with their amazing depth and unique intrigue. Hessam has the ability to fascinate and disarm an audience with his paintings, many of which were inspired by his dramatic life experiences and the warm acceptance he has received from the world at large.
Influenced by modern Masters from Cezanne to Picasso, Hessam received his Master’s Degree in Fine Arts at the Accademia di Belle Arti Pietro Vanucci. Hessam has exhibited his art in Europe, Asia, and North America, and his art has been colorfully illustrated in various Ivy League University textbooks nationwide. The French press has described Hessam’s artwork as, “…a statement in the fluidity of human figures…with tension between each figure, a kinship that provokes the viewer to seek reasons for such a relationship.”
Hessam will be at Ocean Galleries signing and dedicating purchased artwork from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM on Saturday, September 2 and Sunday, September 3. “Hessam Abrishami - Colors of Romance” will be on display at the Stone Harbor gallery from Friday, September 1 through Wednesday, September 6, 2017 with all artwork available for acquisition.
